Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Product Manager, Digital & Data to independently own initiatives within complex programs, turning customer and business problems into practical process, data, and system changes. You will lead workstreams from discovery through launch, partner with SaaS providers and engineering, and define success metrics.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a preference for candidates in our Lehi, Utah location though open to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience leading customer, digital, product, operational, technology-enabled, or enterprise improvement work.
• Experience translating customer and business problems into requirements, data needs, integrations, acceptance criteria, and measures.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate moderately complex customer and business problems combining data, customer feedback, operational insight, frontline observations, system behavior, and technical context to distinguish symptoms from likely root causes.
• Design future-state processes, functional behaviors, business rules, or customer experiences.
• Lead smaller initiatives or major workstreams from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Partner with SaaS providers, implementation partners, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and platform owners.
• Define measures with business and data partners, evaluate post-launch results, identify gaps, and recommend follow-on improvements.
