Amazon seeks a tenured Sr Technical Program Manager to drive the Luxury Shopping Experience for Premium and Luxury brands. You will lead cross-functional engineering programs with significant complexity and global impact, partnering with leaders to align priorities and deliver high-impact initiatives.

The role requires strong collaboration across teams, a deep technical background, and a track record of delivering multi-year programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver programs with significant complexity and broad cross-organizational impact.
• Lead large engineering initiatives solving complex problems.
• Operate with independence on areas where strategy is not defined.
• Partner with leadership; communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above.
• Influence priorities, system owners, and technology direction.
• Manage cross-functional communication to align stakeholders.
• Identify and steer away from repeat technology failure patterns.
