Fashionphile is seeking a Technical Product Manager, E-commerce to independently lead complex, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple platforms, vendors, and channels. You will shape integrated solutions, balance tradeoffs, and move from problem discovery to measurable improvement with trusted judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 6–8+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to diagnose across people, process, data, systems.
• Experience designing integrated future states and trade-offs.
• Experience coaching practitioners without formal people-management authority.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose ambiguous customer and business problems across functions and channels.
• Shape future states across customer experience, data, systems, processes, and policies.
• Recommend build, buy, configure, integrate, automate, partner, or process approaches with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Lead complex initiatives end to end from discovery through adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with SaaS providers, technology, engineering, and security teams.
• Create alignment among senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Share learning and advance AI-enabled ways of working.
