Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy to drive strategy, discovery, and execution across MVPs and reusable platform capabilities.

You will partner with Engineering and Architecture to translate customer problems into prioritized capabilities, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a scalable product backlog. You will work across product, design, analytics, and business teams to measure outcomes, iterate rapidly, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar roles delivering complex digital products.
• Experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, services, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and modern digital architectures.
• Experience partnering with engineers and architects throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Define MVPs and incremental releases to deliver value and learn quickly.
• Manage development-ready backlog with features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Architecture to understand options, surface dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Create reusable components, services, or platform capabilities for multiple products and channels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery sequencing and ensure outcomes align with customer needs.
