Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy. This hands-on role spans strategy through delivery, shaping product direction, prioritizing capabilities, and maintaining a clear backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Architecture.
You will help Digital Pharmacy incubate new capabilities, test MVPs, and evolve successful solutions into reusable APIs and platform components, working across multiple clients and channels.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar roles delivering complex digital products.
- Demonstrated experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
- Strong experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
- Define MVPs and incremental releases to deliver value and learn quickly.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write/refine features, stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to understand technical options and surface dependencies.
