Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy to steer next-generation digital pharmacy experiences and reusable capabilities.

The role spans strategy through execution, shaping direction, prioritizing capabilities, and partnering with Engineering and Architecture throughout discovery and delivery. Work will focus on incubating new capabilities, delivering MVPs, and building reusable components, APIs, and platform services to support multiple clients and channels

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Product or Technical Product Management delivering complex digital products.
• Experience owning and managing complex backlogs.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
• Define MVPs and incremental releases to deliver value and learn quickly.
• Lead backlog refinement and ensure readiness for engineering.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to understand options and constraints.
• Maintain connections between outcomes, capabilities, and releases.
