Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, Digital Pharmacy, to guide next‑gen digital pharmacy experiences and reusable technical capabilities.
This hands‑on role spans strategy through execution, partnering with Engineering and Architecture to deliver MVPs and scalable APIs. You will shape product direction, maintain a healthy backlog, and drive discovery, evaluation, and delivery with diverse teams.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or a similar role delivering complex digital products.
- Demonstrated experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
- Strong experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs, business opportunities, and market insights into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
- Lead ongoing backlog refinement and grooming with Engineering.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to understand technical options and constraints.
- Establish clear product outcomes and use analytics to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Balance near-term delivery with longer-term scalability and platform strategy.
