They are a crypto payments platform enabling fast, secure, and low-cost transactions using digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins. We help businesses move money globally with real-time settlement and full regulatory compliance.

Overview:

They're looking for an execution-focused Senior Technical Product Manager to help build their product platform. This role will work closely with engineering, product design, other product teams, and marketing to ensure the delivery of product feature enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic direction of adoption among new users, existing users, and the wider ecosystem.
• Lead product development end-to-end, from initial concept through to launch.
• Partner with design, engineering, and product teams to build and deliver on the product roadmap.
• Manage multiple projects across various workstreams, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Supervise bug tracking and maintenance workflows to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Required:

• A deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi, DAOs).
• 5+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency businesses.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Previous experience building software products.
• A growth mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
