Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and manage the entire product life cycle. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritization features based on customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and sunset.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements and features that deliver value.
• Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior, gather insights, and refine product strategies.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value.

Skills

As a Senior Product Manager, you will utilize your expertise in product launch, product marketing, product roadmap, product plan, product management, innovation, product positioning, competitive analysis, and product life cycle management on a daily basis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and manage the entire product life cycle. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize product features. Finally, your ability to communicate product positioning and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders will be key in driving the success of our products.

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product life cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
