Senior Product Manager

Location: US Remote

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing company operating at the cutting edge of AI and data analytics. Their mission is to reimagine the way people interact with data by making insights accessible to everyone—especially non-technical users. Their platform blends large language models with intuitive UX, empowering users to ask data questions in plain language and receive clear, actionable answers.

To support this vision, we're looking for a Product Manager who can thrive at the intersection of AI, data, and user experience. In this role, you'll shape product direction, define key features, and help bring to life an intelligent, conversational analytics experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead product initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating with teams across design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
• Translate complex user needs into clear product requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the connector between user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility—always keeping user experience top of mind.
• Run user research and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and turn insights into feature opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators and product usage metrics to guide iterative improvements.
• Stay current on developments in analytics, AI/LLMs, and the broader data ecosystem to inform product direction.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Prior experience in a Product Manager role, ideally working with B2B SaaS products in analytics, data, or AI domains.
• A user-first mindset with experience conducting research, running usability tests, and shaping the user journey.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive multiple initiatives forward.
• Familiarity with modern data tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Looker/Sigma, or data platforms like Snowflake, dbt, Databricks).

Knowledge of AI/ML technologies—especially large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and their use in analytics contexts.
