Role Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Services, the Senior Technical Product Manager will drive the roadmap and delivery of complex software products for our Bovine IVF ADVANCE product. This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on scalable, secure, and customer-centric product initiatives, leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and own the roadmap and strategy for a portfolio of technical products or platform services.
2. Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and trade-offs.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and operations teams to deliver aligned features.
4. Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
5. Drive API development and data integration strategies.
6. Partner with internal customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
7. Ensure architectural decisions support platform scalability and security.
8. Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and system performance for continuous improvement.
9. Champion agile practices and product management methodologies.
10. Manage integrations and applications including SaaS, CRM, ERP, and others.
11. Manage VARs and Integration Partners.
12. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and project charters.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong program/project development skills and experience in SaaS, e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
• Technical background in web applications, CRM, ERP, and data privacy/security standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Bovine IVF, Cattle, Dairy, BioTech industries (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, Agriculture Sciences, or related.
• 5-7+ years in product management, with a successful track record.
• 1-3+ years as a certified PMP.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing software development stories.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Optional Qualifications

• Experience with cloud providers, DevOps, security/compliance standards.
• Master’s degree or startup experience is an asset.
