You’ll work cross-functionally with store leadership, marketing, UX/design, eCommerce, analytics, and vendor partners to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps. • Partner with store leaders, marketing, UX, ecommerce, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Build and prioritize a product backlog of enhancements, features, and fixes that support growth, conversion, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular testing, quality assurance, and validation of website functionality and user flows.
  • Gather feedback from store teammates, customers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve digital touchpoints.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to drive product decisions and optimize results.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring accountability for performance, uptime, and issue resolution.
  • Stay current on digital trends, competitor experiences, and user expectations to inform product innovation.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, including A/B testing and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally with eCommerce or customer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated success managing web-based product roadmaps from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, analytics, and digital customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience working with or managing vendors and external partners.
  • Passion for powersports or retail industry experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Preference for candidates located near Charlotte, NC, or within the Eastern or Central time zones to align with core business hours.
  • Open to strong candidates in other U.S. time zones.

Why Join Us:
