Job summary

Amazon's CS Technology organization is seeking experienced Senior Product Managers - Technical to join the CS product team, at the intersection of technology and customer experience. You will partner with engineering, data science, UX design, operations, and program management to build products that improve how millions of customers and associates interact with Amazon every day.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience delivering products end-to-end and driving impact.
Experience representing customers during executive prioritization and planning.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience with AI/ML or generative AI product development.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and vision. Create artifacts (PRFAQs, BRDs, roadmaps) that align with engineering, science, and leadership teams.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scaling.
Lead requirements gathering and feature prioritization to deliver outcomes.
Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and architecture.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
Represent customers during prioritization and planning to influence senior leaders.
