Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Technical Product Integration Leader to own the full lifecycle of a product’s manufacturing commercialization. You will lead the Technical Product Integration Team, drive alignment across Development, Manufacturing, and Business Units, and report to senior executives with concise, actionable insights.

The role requires deep pharma development/manufacturing knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to navigate a matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related scientific field.
• Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D. or MBA) with strong technical foundation preferred.
• PMP certification and Masters Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing CMC strategy and commercialization ownership across development, manufacturing, and business units.
• Lead the Technical Product Integration Team with clear ownership and milestone accountability.
• Drive alignment of launch presentation and commercial image strategy among stakeholders.
• Ensure gate deliverables are defined, plans in place, and execution on track.
• Serve as accountable representative at governance forums with clear updates on progress and risks.
• Influence without authority to align cross-functional and affiliate teams.
