Lilly is seeking a Value Chain Leader to own the manufacturing CMC commercialization lifecycle across development, manufacturing, and business units. You will lead the Value Chain Team, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and risk management while aligning launch presentation and commercial image strategy with stakeholders.

The role requires deep pharma development/manufacturing knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related scientific field.
• Advanced degree preferred (M.S., Ph.D., or MBA) with strong technical foundation.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing CMC Commercialization Strategy across Development, Manufacturing, and Business Units.
• Lead the Value Chain Team and oversee its execution with clear ownership and milestones.
• Drive alignment of launch presentation and commercial image strategy across stakeholders.
• Ensure gate deliverables are defined, with plans and proactive risk management.
• Serve as the accountable representative at Governance forums and provide concise updates.
