Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Value Chain Leader to own the full manufacturing commercialization lifecycle for a product. You will guide the CMC strategy, lead a cross-functional Value Chain Team, and interact with senior executives to ensure alignment and timely delivery across Development, Manufacturing, and Business Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering or related scientific field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/M.S./Ph.D.) with technical foundation.
• Experience leading cross-functional pharma programs and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing CMC commercialization strategy across Development, Manufacturing and Business Units.
• Lead the Value Chain Team with clear ownership and milestone accountability.
