Job summary

You will build a high‑performing team, set strategy, manage lifecycle, and partner with MSAT, manufacturing sites, and regulatory functions to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, or a technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a cGMP environment.
  • 10+ years of direct experience in parenteral drug product manufacturing with MSAT, process support, or related roles.
  • Proven track record leading technical organizations across multiple sites in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Product Steward organization for parenteral drug products, setting strategic priorities and directing technical oversight for the full portfolio across the network.
  • Serve as the network-level contact for complex technical issues, ensuring production continuity across sites and geographies.
  • Build and retain a high-performing team of Global Product Stewards with lifecycle management and technical support responsibilities.
  • Ensure staffing with trained technical experts to deliver network stewardship and support capacity expansion as sites present.
  • Represent MSAT in cross-functional governance, guiding decisions on process changes, site readiness, regulatory strategy, and capital investment.
  • Facilitate Parenteral Technical Leadership Network meetings to align site leaders on standards and coordinated actions.
  • Drive network-wide consistency and continuous improvement through strong relationships with site leadership and global strategy.
  • Champion safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental goals.
  • Design and implement recognition programs reinforcing technical excellence and accountability across a distributed team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in science/engineering/technical discipline
15+ years of pharma manufacturing in a cGMP environment
10+ years in parenteral (injectable) drug product manufacturing
Experience leading multi-site global technical organizations
