Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Lead Technical Product Engineer to design and build the next generation of guest-focused private aviation experiences. You will work with product owners, QA, and clients to ensure the product vision is met, while coordinating with global resources to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities include driving best practices, developing tests, mentoring engineers, and delivering robust software solutions across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT and 8+ years related experience, or 10+ years equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of C# and Azure development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Leads development initiatives and best practices across teams.
• Develops and executes test plans for performance and reliability.
• Mentors junior engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
