Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive the compound product roadmap across product teams and engineering. You will partner with internal clients, guest-facing teams, and technology operations to translate business needs into actionable backlog items.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery milestones while maintaining alignment with the guest experience and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or Information Technology, or six (6+) years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum Education and/or Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal clients and product teams to define vision, scope, and roadmap.
• Supervise all stages of product development and track progress.
• Create user stories and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams to ensure Agile adherence and timely delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide input for user manuals and training materials.
• Monitor product status and adjust backlog based on feedback.
