Signature Aviation is seeking a hands-on Manager, Product Engineering to drive digital product delivery across enterprise platforms. You will coordinate with engineering, architecture, design, and business teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases and to bring digital experiences to life for customers and partners.

You will manage requirements, prioritize work, and remove blockers while ensuring features meet security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Product Manager delivering digital products in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Advocates for customer-centric design and UX principles.
• Experience designing and running experiments to inform product improvements.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, architecture and business stakeholders.

Signature Aviation is looking for a hands‑on, execution‑focused Manager, Product Engineering, to help drive the successful delivery of digital products across our enterprise platforms. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, architecture, design, and business teams to coordinate development efforts, manage requirements, prioritize work, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality product releases. You’ll be critical in bringing digital experiences to life — ensuring features are well‑defined, delivery is smooth, blockers are removed, and product outcomes are achieved. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day product delivery process across multiple agile teams.
• Manage a group of Product Owners to deliver the overall roadmap for the Digital Platforms.
• Gather and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clear, actionable work for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to validate technical feasibility and align with architectural standards.
• Facilitate Product backlog grooming and support technical grooming to drive continuous delivery.
• Track and monitor product milestones.
• Support integration efforts with third‑party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, pricing engines, payment gateways).
• Coordinate across teams to identify dependencies and resolve blockers quickly.
• Ensure that features meet quality, security, and compliance standards before release.
• Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and support user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in agile environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to advocate for customer‑centric design decisions.
• Hands‑on experience designing and running A/B tests and using experimentation to inform product improvements.
• Proven ability to prioritize features and enhancements based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Strong collaboration skills — able to partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• A data‑driven mindset, using analytics, user feedback, and KPIs to guide product decisions and measure success.
• Ability to drive a product mindset across teams — focusing on delivering outcomes, not just outputs.
• Comfort operating in technical environments involving APIs, microservices, CMS platforms (like AEM), and cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and tools like JIRA, Figma & Confluence
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Knowledge And Skills

• Experience working within aviation, transportation, or related industries.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations in digital products.
• Product certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) or Agile delivery certifications.
