Job summary
Collaborative Robotics seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Software to lead the development of robot software and autonomy stack for Proxie. You will guide planning, execution and delivery across software, hardware, and operations to create scalable, customer‑centric products.
You will collaborate with leadership to align objectives, manage complex programs, and drive decisions that affect product and schedule while enabling rapid, reliable software releases for current and next‑gen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in program management for autonomous software products.
- Strong leadership and cross‑functional team experience.
- Experience guiding software teams on cutting‑edge product dev.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end software programs for current and future robots.
- Develop plans with scope, timeline and resource budgets; drive to closure.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, operations and customer teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities; mitigate and execute actions.
- Bridge software engineering with customer/product needs; ensure deployments.
