Job summary

Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM), Software to pioneer robot software development. You will guide localization, perception, navigation, and fleet management for Proxie, coordinating across software, hardware, and operations to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.

You will enable decision-making, drive complex issues to resolution, and align software plans with company goals in a fast-paced startup environment located at the Santa Clara, CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
• 8+ years of program management experience, including software products for autonomous systems.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience guiding SW teams focused on cutting-edge product development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile/Scrum and align with company goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Programs overseeing software development and feature delivery for current and future robots.
• Create plans for scope, timeline, and resources and drive them to closure.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, operations, and leadership to align objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for product schedules.
• Balance technical and business considerations to guide software work to customer needs.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering teams.
• Continuously streamline processes to improve efficiency.
