Job summary

Collaborative Robotics’ Senior Technical Program Manager for software will guide the development of all robot software (Localization, Perception, Navigation, fleet management) for Proxie, coordinating across software, hardware, customer operations, and leadership to deliver integrated systems.

This onsite Santa Clara, CA role blends technical depth with strategic execution, requiring US work authorization and offering a base salary of $180,000–$200,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
5+ years of program management experience in autonomous software.
Proven leadership and cross-functional team experience.
Experience guiding software teams on cutting-edge product development.
Experience with Agile or Scrum and delivering on milestones.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willing to travel occasionally.
US work authorization required.
Location: onsite at Santa Clara, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end software programs for current and future robots.
Create plans meeting scope, schedule, and budget, and drive to closure.
