Job summary

Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM), Software to lead the development of robot software including the autonomy stack and navigation for Proxie. You will guide cross-functional teams across software, hardware, operations, and leadership, delivering scalable, customer-centric products while pursuing ambitious company goals at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.

This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and translating complex tech challenges

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
8+ years of program management experience in software for autonomous systems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
Experience guiding SW teams in cutting-edge product development.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Programs overseeing planning, execution and delivery of software for current and future robots.
Create plans to meet scope, timeline, and resource budgets; drive them to closure.
Collaborate with software, hardware, operations, and leadership to align objectives and deliverables.
Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies.
Bridge software engineering work with customer/product needs and business goals.
Identify and resolve deployment issues; drive continuous improvement and process simplification.
