Job summary

RESPEC in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking an experienced technical Project Manager to support a federal government client programs, including PLM and Digital Thread modernization. You will lead task-order execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with security, quality, and configuration management standards.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, CAD data management, ALM tools, and lifecycle frameworks, with Agile/Hybrid methods and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5–10 years (Senior) or 10–15 years (Principal) of technical project management experience.
• Active PMP or CSM preferred.
• Direct experience managing projects in regulated DOE/NNSA/national lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams delivering enterprise PLM, CAD data management, and ALM workflows.
• Manage delivery schedules, risk registers, resources, and milestones in Agile/Hybrid settings.
• Coordinate with government task managers, engineering stakeholders, and implementation leads.
