Purvis Systems in the United States seeks an Integration Specialist with deep PLM experience to lead enterprise PLM implementations and system integrations across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate will drive Digital Thread initiatives, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor junior staff while ensuring robust, compliant PLM solutions for defense-related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 5–10+ years in PLM implementation, integration, and support.
• Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable systems.
• Experience integrating PLM with CAD and enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation, integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise PLM systems.
• Develops and maintains integrations between PLM and CAD, ERP, MES, QMS, MBSE, simulation, and other systems.
• Establishes and maintains Digital Thread connections across models, BOMs, CAD data, and manufacturing information.
• Develops PLM architecture, requirements, integration specs, roadmaps, test/UAT plans, and user docs.
• Supports Digital Engineering initiatives including MBSE, digital design reviews, and Digital Thread.
• Leads major PLM upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoots complex PLM and integration issues and develops technical solutions.
• Coordinates PLM activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT.
• Serves as senior SME for PLM implementation, integration, and system development.
• Provides technical guidance, training, and mentoring to PLM users and support personnel.
