Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for PLM & Digital Engineering. You will architect and deploy Teamcenter PLM and Digital Thread solutions, coordinating with Product and Systems Engineering, offshore resources, and stakeholders to meet business needs.

You’ll drive architecture evaluations, integrate with CAD and SAP, and lead complex PLM integrations while ensuring security and data privacy compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in PLM systems with Siemens Teamcenter architecture and solutioning.
• Experience with Syndeia or MBSE tools like Cameo is a plus.
• Proven ability to architect, implement and manage large Teamcenter projects.
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter modules: Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, etc.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of global PLM (Teamcenter) and Digital Thread deployments.
• Architect and plan scalable MBSE tools aligned with business needs.
• Execute phases of Teamcenter projects: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Stay updated on Teamcenter advancements and propose innovations.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and integration with CAD/ERP (SAP).
• Architect PLM integrations including BOM, Change Management, CAD & ERP.
• Optimize Teamcenter environments for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
