Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior technical leader to drive solution development across PLM, Digital Thread, and lifecycle data governance in semiconductor and advanced electronics sectors. This is a senior individual contributor role serving as a technical and solutioning authority in client-facing environments.

The leader will bring deep expertise in engineering data, design artifacts, product configurations, and lifecycle information across complex product ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PLM, engineering data management, or digital thread in high-tech manufacturing.
• Deep PLM platform knowledge (Windchill or Aras) and strong data model understanding.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into client-facing solutions and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define solution approaches for PLM implementation, migration, modernization, and integration programs.
• Architect Digital Thread solutions connecting engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain data into end-to-end flows.
• Shape engagement and delivery models for PLM modernization, including cloud migration of product data environments.
• Partner with engineering data leaders, CAD/EDA admins, enterprise and IT architects, and executives.
• Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks for PLM and Digital Thread.
• Contribute thought leadership on MBSE, Digital Twin integration, and AI-assisted engineering change and impact analysis.
