Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking a qualified Technical Project Manager 2 (Construction) to support Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM, 100% onsite. You will manage discrete technical construction projects from initiation through turnover, ensuring timely completion and compliance with NQA-1, DOE/NNSA requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting construction and turnover in DOE/NNSA nuclear facilities.
• Knowledge of DOE Order 413.3B and NQA-1 requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage discrete technical construction projects from initiation through turnover.
• Define, manage, and monitor scope, deliverables, budgets, schedules, risks, and requirements.
• Support and lead project teams in planning, tracking, and executing construction activities.
• Ensure activities comply with contract requirements, NNSA expectations, and DOE Order 413.3B.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, radiological control, safety, and other groups.
• Prepare status reports, risk assessments, and executive communications.
