Job summary
Amazon's Disability, Leave & Services (DLS) Product & Technology organization is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical to join the team that owns the end-to-end Employee Experience, spanning the employee, the Site HR partner, and the manager, along with the communications that tie them together. The base salary range for this position is listed below.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
