You will drive roadmap decisions, shape scalable product solutions, and influence technical strategy while advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders across Amazon’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Roadmap strategy ownership and definition experience.
• Experience delivering features and balancing product tradeoffs.
• Experience discussing technology decisions with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience for Leave & Accommodations within DLS Tech.
