Amazon is seeking a DLS Case Manager to provide case management for leave of absence and disability events. You’ll be the single point of contact for employees throughout their leave, ensuring compliant, personalized support and clear communication.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Benefits, Safety, Legal, and Payroll, handling sensitive information with discretion, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth returns and accommodations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is required/preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options available to employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Leverage tools to support oversight of a leave event and adjust plans as needed.
• Address sensitive situations and troubleshoot issues to remove barriers during a leave event.
• Ensure compliant communication and documentation; coordinate with HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams.
