InfoIMAGE, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Level III to own end-to-end delivery for infrastructure, platform, and operational initiatives.

You will coordinate across Terraform, apps, security, and operations teams, applying agile or hybrid delivery models where appropriate. The role emphasizes managing risks, dependencies, and capacity planning with engineering leads, and leveraging metrics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years delivering technical projects (software, infrastructure, or platform initiatives).
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or operational workflows).
• Demonstrated ability to use delivery and operational metrics to drive decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for infrastructure, platform, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, application engineering, security, and operations teams.
• Apply structured delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or operational models) where appropriate.
• Manage risks vs. blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans across technical teams.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure leads on estimation and capacity planning.
• Use delivery and operational metrics (MTTR, throughput, incident trends, SLA adherence) to drive decisions.
