Remitly, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Post-Submit Experience to own the journey from transfer submission to the recipient having funds, and into the return that starts the next transfer.

You will lead a cross-functional squad across Seattle, Vancouver, and Krakow to shape this high-anxiety surface with measurable impact. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to reduce support needs, improve timelines, and drive growth through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• Owns a customer-facing surface end to end, from strategy through launch with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with transactional/operational experiences and unhappy-path design.
• Strong data fluency, hypothesis design, A/B testing, data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence non-product partners and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written communication and experience coordinating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for post-submit experience across mobile, web, and messaging.
• Define how Remitly communicates after submit, including status, updates, delays, and recipient alerts.
• Reduce support volume by enabling the product to answer common questions with CS and payout partners.
• Turn post-submit into a growth surface with recovery, prompts, referrals, and next-best-action orchestration.
• Advocate for customers across disbursement partners, risk, and compliance to inform product decisions.
• Build experimentation and research practices using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Partner with Seattle, Vancouver, and Krakow teams to maintain quality and velocity.
