Descripción de la vacante

Sempulse is seeking an Opportunistic Technical Project Manager with PMP and a track record of delivering software and government contracts. You will own end-to-end programs, drive schedules, milestones, and reporting, and collaborate with engineering to meet client commitments.

The role blends software delivery, government projects, and client-facing work at a startup pace, with some travel and a remote-first setup. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Six+ years of project management experience with growing scope, budget and complexity.
• Hands-on ownership of scope, schedule and budget; not just facilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and run customer onboarding and project activities and support / troubleshooting.
• Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting for government awards, including other transaction and consortium agreements.
• Run software and product delivery projects end to end, working with engineering on scope, timelines, and releases.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors against milestones and budget.
• Track risks, schedule slips, and budget burn across projects, and tell leadership early when something is off.
• Keep schedules, budgets, invoices, and deliverable trackers accurate, and reconcile them against contract terms.
• Act on opportunities as they appear: process gaps, new customer needs, and follow-on awards.
• Work closely with the leadership team to establish client goals.
