Job summary

BEM Systems, An Aventia Company, is seeking a disciplined Senior Project Manager to lead complex government software implementations and upgrades. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, governance, and transition to operations for multiple concurrent projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in enterprise software delivery, a track record of $1M-$5M engagements, PMP or similar certification, and strong use of AI-enabled tools to improve planning and reporting while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, web, or systems implementations.
• Successful track record managing complex implementations valued at $1M-$5M from initiation to support.
• Advanced scope management including baselining, traceability, and change control to prevent scope creep.
• Experience leading fixed-price projects, budgets, forecasts, margins, invoicing, risks, and contract deliverables.
• Experience leading training, adoption, and organizational change for enterprise implementations.
• Onsite, remote, and offshore teams across multiple time zones; strong multi-project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise software implementations and upgrades from kickoff through acceptance and transition to support.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, milestones, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
• Maintain requirements traceability, enforce SOW and change control to prevent scope creep, manage margin and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary client contact; lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across analysis, configuration, development, integrations, migration, testing, training, deployment, and support.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, risk analysis, and documentation with human oversight.
