This Senior Product Manager – Technical will shape the product vision, roadmap, and strategy across engineering, UX, and applied science teams to enhance customer journeys and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Technical Product Management experience.
• 3 years taking technical products from concept to design, launch and scale.
• Experience with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers to define and deliver features.
• Experience with build vs buy decisions and partnering with third‑party vendors.
• Ability to make feature roadmap tradeoffs.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and features.
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and business impact for eCommerce experiences.
• Own features and services from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, data science, and business) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions and support the long‑term strategy.
• Drive the prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities — including customer account services, order lifecycle, content and product catalog, and personalization infrastructure.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and ensure delivery of high‑performance, resilient, and scalable systems.
• Leverage experimentation and data to define the success metrics for features and uncover trends and patterns.
