Job summary

QXO, Seattle-based, seeks a Principal Product Manager – Technical to own the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce features, working with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver end-to-end experiences.

You will apply autonomous agents and ML to improve journeys, define features with stakeholders, and shape distributed systems powering digital commerce. This hybrid Seattle role drives growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Technical Product Management experience.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch and scale.
• Experience with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers to define features.
• Demonstrated build-vs-buy decisions and vendor partnerships.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience with customer-facing technical products or online services.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and features for eCommerce experiences.
• Develop a compelling product vision, strategy, and business impact.
• Own features from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities including catalog and personalization.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and ensure scalable systems.
