Job summary

QXO is seeking a Director of Product to define and lead the strategy for key areas of its digital commerce platform. You will build and develop high-performing product teams while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and executive leadership to drive the company’s transformation into the technology leader in building products.

You will own the long-term vision, portfolio prioritization, organizational planning, and execution across multiple domains, balancing customer needs,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years leading large technical product initiatives in complex software organizations.
• Experience managing and developing Product Managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across multiple product areas.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and innovation.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Own portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and product strategy across multiple teams.
• Drive product discovery through customer research, experimentation, analytics, and market insights.
• Lead executive-level communication regarding product strategy, investments, risks, and business impact.
