Job summary

DriveWealth, a New York-based fintech, seeks a Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within a Scaled Agile framework. You will coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable investing infrastructure for partners and clients.

You will own Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, track milestones, and report program health using data. Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations, with AI tooling to enhance visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in technical environments with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Background in brokerage, asset management, or payments processing.
• Demonstrated success leading fintech, trading, or brokerage initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases in multi-priority environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase initiatives from strategy through execution across engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
• Own the standard agile ceremonies for software development scrum teams including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and standups.
• Define and track milestones, identify and manage dependencies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Drive GTM strategy and implementations, collaborating with legal, sales, compliance, and operations.
• Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced, scaled Agile environment.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making across teams.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and other artifacts describing status and risk.
• Guide requirements gathering and technical design sessions, including onsite workshops.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve project visualization and real-time reporting.
• Use data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to stakeholders.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite to manage workflows and reporting.
