Zebra Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a transformative cloud platform initiative. You will drive strategy, execution, and a unified device-management ecosystem across business units to deliver a seamless customer experience.

In this role, you will champion cross-functional alignment, manage a core platform team, and guide multi-team collaboration with governance and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related technical degree.
• 12+ years in Engineering/Program management for products in fast-paced environments, including 2+ years as a supervisor/manager.
• 12+ years’ experience in product development.
• Experience with leading or managing Cloud-based software.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and evolution of a platform product, owning strategy across the portfolio.
• Drive cross-organizational GTM support for continuous delivery and uptime.
• Lead a cross-functional initiative to unify device management ecosystem and consolidate platforms.
• Manage core platform team including performance, culture, and delivery.
• Develop a governance framework and collaborative model for multi-team contributions.
• Drive continuous delivery with lean methods and measure outcomes in production.
• Collaborate with leaders to adopt common standards and platforms across units.
• Create strategic roadmap focused on reducing fragmentation and increasing customer value.
• Communicate status updates to senior audiences; adjust plans to overcome delays.
