Job summary

Zebra Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that standardize software services across diverse business units. You will drive unified identity, API strategy, and cloud operations to reduce complexity and improve the customer experience.

In this role, you will develop and manage roadmaps, balance scope, schedule, and budget, and present updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MS preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale software programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Functional leadership of program management teams with direct reports.
• Lead cross-functional programs to standardize software and improve customer experience.
• Direct strategic shared services programs (unified identity, licensing, API strategy).
• Collaborate with leaders across units to gain buy-in for standards and platforms.
• Develop and manage strategic roadmaps to reduce fragmentation and increase efficiency.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
