Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Connected Frontline Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead portfolio execution and PMO across the Connected Frontline, including Mobile Computing, Software Solutions, and CTO.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, IT and Operations to align strategy with execution and drive delivery of hardware, software, and cloud offerings from concept through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly quantitative related field.
• 20+ years of experience in product development, including NPI, GTM launches, and lifecycle management.
• 7+ years of people management experience leading global PMO organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic direction of the Connected Frontline PMO in line with company objectives and defines execution standards.
• Translates portfolio strategy into executable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans with cross-functional leadership.
• Drives execution of integrated software, cloud services, AI capabilities, and mobile solutions from concept to release.
