Job summary

Zebra is hiring an experienced Cloud Engineer to work on cloud projects focusing on automation, security, cost management, and operations. You will handle AWS, Azure, and/or GCP deployments, applying automation and security best practices, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

The role partners with IT and business-facing product teams, emphasizing autonomous work style within a collaborative team. Hybrid work options are available and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years in cloud engineering or IT roles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python, Jenkins, Terraform for automation and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Enhance automation and scripting for cloud deployments.
• Maintain secure cloud environments with least privilege and zero trust.
• Ensure proper security and access controls across cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs using FinOps practices.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams; on-call for escalations.
