Loancrate, a fintech-focused company, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager who thrives in complexity and moves fast. You will own an area end-to-end, embedding with a world-class Engineering team, maintaining close customer contact, and making real build decisions.

The role isn't about backlogs but about direction that others follow. The work touches a $2 trillion home-lending market, with AI-driven automation at the core.

Qualifications

• Technical background enabling reading code and prototyping ideas.
• Fluency with LLM concepts including prompting, evals and retrieval.
• Experience building B2B SaaS in regulated environments is a plus (fintech preferred).
• Strong customer research instincts to turn insight into roadmap.
• Data fluency: dashboards, numbers, hypotheses.
• Proven track record shipping in fast-moving startups.
• Clear written communication and async updates.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for your area in collaboration with Eng and Design.
• Lead customer discovery with lenders, loan officers, and ops teams to form a roadmap.
• Prototype and explore product ideas with AI tools and engineering input.
• Draft well-structured product specs and acceptance criteria for fast execution.
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch iteration for outcomes.
• Advocate for the customer in technical discussions and tradeoff debates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape positioning and cycles.
• Make hard scope calls to ship focused, high-quality products.
• Travel approximately once a month to US customer sites.
