Job summary

The Google Search Verticals Partners and Content TPM role drives cross-functional delivery across engineering, product management, gTech, and business development to scale content acquisition, integration, usage and partner enablement.

You will lead multi-quarter initiatives ensuring high-quality, fresh partner and web data powers critical Search verticals including Travel and Local. Individual pay is determined by skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies strategically to transform program workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end portfolio execution and standardize metrics (KPIs/OKRs), aligning team roadmaps and resource allocation directly with product area-level priorities.
• Translate high-level vision and ambiguous business challenges into structured, scalable frameworks with predictable delivery timelines.
• Identify systemic dependencies, regulatory constraints, and operational bottlenecks, establishing robust escalation pathways to safeguard milestones.
• Refine go-to-market strategies using execution feedback while actively identifying, qualifying, and cultivating a high-impact partner pipeline.
• Drive cross-functional consensus across matrixed teams while strategically leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows in compliance with Google's AI principles.
