Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for the Search and Shared Features, Consumer Shopping team. Based in Mountain View, CA, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from requirements through delivery, coordinating across engineering, product, and business partners.

You will drive feature planning, manage risks, and communicate progress to executives, with a focus on AI-driven shopping experiences across Google surfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with software feature launches.
• Experience using AI for features and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple cross-organization workstreams across, managing high complexity projects including full project management, creation and maintenance of documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Manage goal setting and execution with lead stakeholders, as well as drive development and execution of new feature planning and prioritization.
• Own communication of overall program progress and necessary decision-making with relevant internal team and leadership stakeholders.
• Develop, improve, and execute internal operational processes to optimize team delivery speed and quality.
• Ensure post-launch impact measurement and help the team track and address key metrics trends.
