Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for GTM AI Tech in Sunnyvale to drive high‑visibility programs that turn executive priorities into structured execution across engineering, product, and field teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience in Generative AI.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Manage deep technical and product understanding across high-ambiguity AI contexts.
Provide clear project status updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Surface deteriorating accounts early with diagnosis and a path to green; build scalable cadence.
Enforce cross-functional standards for filing, triaging, deduplication, and tracking issues to closure.
Shape briefing materials for executive customer meetings and drive commitments.
