Job summary

Nebius is accelerating AI infrastructure with a global footprint and a strong focus on engineers. We seek a Senior Customer AI Engineer to drive PoC-to-production transitions and ensure scalable, reliable AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success, collaborating with customer teams and internal product/infrastructure groups to deliver performant, cost-efficient deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance.
• Experience communicating complex topics clearly to technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the production journey: lead PoC to production transition and ensure workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Ensure technical success in production by understanding architectures and monitoring performance, cost, and reliability.
• Act as trusted technical partner with customer engineering teams to provide guidance and optimised solutions.
• Manage risks and incidents as primary technical contact for production issues and coordinate with internal teams.
