Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of technical escalations with high standards of organization and stakeholder communication.
• Query and analyze large datasets across multiple systems using SQL to identify trends and support decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to identify repeatable challenges, design scalable solutions, and automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across platforms, systems, and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, and Account Management.
• Learn new platforms quickly and maintain long-term operational knowledge.
